When Intelligence Enhances Physical Asset Management

Call for papers

Submission of papers to PAMDAS 2025 is through the conference website Pamdas 2025.

Papers should be written according to the templates: LaTeX template, OpenDocument/MSWord template. There is no rigid page limit, although we strongly encourage authors to use no more than 10 pages per paper.

Abstracts should be submitted before the full papers for screening.

Full papers must be submitted after the abstract is accepted and they will be reviewed by at least three reviewers before being accepted or rejected.

There is a Best Paper contest, where the papers receiving the highest grades will be awarded a certificate of Best Paper, Best Student Paper and Certificate of Merit.

Selected papers will also be invited to submit extended versions to MDPI journal Algorithms Special Issue on Machine Learning Algorithms and Optimization in the Digital Transition https://www.mdpi.com/journal/algorithms/special_issues/D5RSIVP8W with a discount or free, without additional cost.

The proceedings of PAMDAS 2025 will be published in digital format, in an e-book with ISBN.

Paper workflow is as follows:

  1. The abstract must be submitted before the full paper. To submit a new abstract or edit a submission, press the button "Sumit new abstract" below and follow the steps. Documents should be submitted in PDF format (mandatory). To facilitate the reviewing process, we encourage authors to also submit the editable format, even though it is not mandatory for reviewing.
  2. The abstract should be accepted (or rejected) shortly after submission.
  3. Full papers should be submitted after the abstract is accepted. If full paper is not submitted, the submission will not follow for peer reviewing.
  4. Full papers will be accepted (or rejected) after peer reviewing.
